Thank you for participating in Hamakua Alive.   In order to make this event successful for all of us, please note the following:

¨ ALL ENTRANTS must  pre-register by submitting the form below.

¨ After you submit your pre-registration you will receive an entry form which must be printed out, completed and brought with you to the event. 

¨ If you are entering more than one recipe, please print and fill out one copy of the form for each recipe.  No entries can be accepted without the entry form.

¨ To maximize your chance of winning, please keep in mind that points will be awarded as follows:

¨ 50% Best Use of Local Products/Ingredients

¨ 25% Taste

¨ 15% Originality

¨ 10% Presentation.
